Daniel A. Greenblatt
President of Envirotech Clean Air, Inc. founded the company in 1988. His
affinity for the environment was developed while working on reef conservation in
Bonaire in the early 70s. Greenblatt started his first business (Broadway Carpet
Service) in 1976. His interest in providing clean, safe indoor air for all
people led him to found Envirotech in 1988. Greenblatt's passion for indoor air
quality soon made him a leader in the industry and grew his two-person business
into a million-dollar company. Now a nationally recognized spokesperson, his
direction and vision are what keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
Significant Accomplishments:
- BS/BA in Management from Northeastern University
- Founded Envirotech in 1988 - expanded the company from a two-person
company to a 30-person, million-dollar business with the application
of his management philosophy.
- Mechanical Systems Hygiene Institute (MSHI) Advisory Committee

Steven F. Goselin
Vice President and co-founder of Envirotech, as well as Senior Field Consultant, is the leading expert on moisture intrusion into buildings and mold contamination in the Northeast. Goselin has spent the past 25 years acquiring a diverse business background. Combined with his technical "know-how," his background gives him a unique sales and marketing perspective. Goselin is also a certified Air Systems Cleaning Specialist. He uses his 10 years of field experience and extensive knowledge of mold contamination to bring an in-depth viewpoint to each prospective client.
Significant Accomplishments:
- Contributed to the original formation of Envirotech with his interest in providing cleaner and safer indoor air to the public.
- Developed Envirotech's sales department and implemented sales strategies for the company.
- Increased the region's awareness of the issue of indoor air quality by appearing in local news stories as an authority on mold decontamination.
- Certified Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) and National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) member.
Ronald J. Fallon
Director of Operations, brings over 25 years of multiple project management experience to Envirotech Clean Air. Fallon has served the company in both Project Manager and Operations Manager capacities over the past four years. Dedicated to indoor air quality, Fallon's main objective is to ensure the delivery of a professional, courteous and safe environmental cleaning service. He feels that maintaining a close association with both the customer and the service provided by Envirotech's clean air technicians ensures quality service.

- Implemented initial standard operating procedures for the company.
- Developed inventory control system.
- Established initial management guidelines for Envirotech's crew leadership.
- Holds an MBA and BA in Business Administration.
